Judson Mill Apartments

Description: Belmont Sayre and Taft Development Group teamed up with McMilan Pazdan Smith Architecture and Greystar property management to bring this mill back to life in a urban mixed use development. The first phase was 204 apartments with an abundance of amenities and charm. ID Collaborative joined the team to provide all of the furniture and artwork for the public spaces and a 2 bedroom model apartment. Modern furnishings were selected to compliment the existing architecture and textures of the mill, while adding sophisticated pops of color.. Unique artwork makes a statement and adds personality. The grand outdoor spaces were furnished with a variety of seating options to encourage interaction, while keeping the color palette neutral.
Future phases include restaurants, event spaces, and an office complex.
