Description: Recognizing the increased expectations of today’s potential residents, the goal of this project was to update the overall furnishings and finishes with a more modern, transitional, approach while incorporating pieces that can be easily moved to support various functions. Located directly off of the main lobby, this grand living room is a central hub of the entire property, setting the stage for the warm and gracious living experience offered at River Landing.
The color palette is current yet classic, creating a hospitality sense with the warmth of a high-end home. Textiles immediately set the mood, as you are instantly greeted by bold striped curtains highlighting the unique architecture of the space. Blues and reds pop against the softly-textured neutral wallcovering, while the custom carpet adds subtle background interest.
