The Lofts at Osage Mill
Location: Bessemer City, NC
Description: Design Environments worked in collaboration with Winn Development, Rehab Builders, and Tise-Kiester Architects on this adaptive reuse project that created 139 affordable apartments. The team focused on adding pops of color and modern touches to compliment the existing historic mill. One particular special feature is a custom timeline display in the loft area that highlights the mill’s incredible history and impact on the surrounding area.
