Description: Core Spaces, Front Street Partners, and Shepley Bulfinch delivered an energized student housing community near the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. Design Environments infused the project with a sense of laid-back sophistication, designing interiors that merge collegiate lifestyle with a modern social club feel. Key spaces like lounges, study nooks, and the leasing office are outfitted with warm textures, contemporary furnishings, and dynamic artwork that support both connection and focus.
